Each meal credit equals one main dish from our menu. When you place an order, credits are deducted from your account. You can use your credits anytime within the validity period.
Unused credits will expire after the validity period. We'll send you reminders before your credits expire so you can use them up. You can always purchase a new package to continue enjoying our meals.
Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. However, you can order meals for different delivery addresses, making it easy to send meals to family or friends.
Meal credits cover the base price of main dishes. If you add extras or premium add-ons, the additional cost will be charged separately at checkout.
Meal packages are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience any issues, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.
